Delivery Policy
Healthy & Fitness operates on a subscription-based meal delivery service. Customers can choose from our 24-day or 26-day meal subscription plans. Fresh meals are prepared daily and delivered directly to your doorstep according to your selected package.
If you wish to pause your meal delivery for 1 or 2 days, you must inform our Central Kitchen at least 1 day in advance. If no prior notice is provided, meal preparation and delivery will continue as scheduled.
As meals are freshly prepared and delivered daily, delivered meals cannot be returned.
Return
Due to the nature of our fresh food subscription service, all delivered meals are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Return & Refund
Refund requests are reviewed only in exceptional cases. Once a subscription has started, meals that have been prepared or delivered are not eligible for refunds. For any concerns regarding your subscription, please contact our customer support team.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Customer information is used only for order processing, delivery services, customer support, and service improvements. We do not sell or share customer data with unauthorized third parties.

All subscription payments must be made in advance before meal delivery begins.
For orders placed through Tabby, an additional SAR 100 service charge will be applied to the total subscription amount.
